我国空气质量标准执行现状及与国外标准比较研究

Study on the Air Quality Standards of China and Comparative With Foreign Standards

我国新版环境空气质量标准(GB3095-2012)是在1996年旧版基础上进行修订的,主要增加了PM2.5大气污染指标监测,提高了PM10和NO2等污染物的浓度限值。本文通过分析我国空气质量标准执行现状,并与WHO、美国、欧盟等地区环境空气质量标准及主要污染物指标、限值、实施要求等进行了对比,结果表明各国空气质量监测指标主要为PM2.5、PM10、NO2、SO2、CO、O3,而PM2.5的监测技术和评估近年来引起了各国重视,此外对于有毒物质和重金属污染物的监测将成为未来发展重点。

New ambient air quality standard（ GB3095- 2012） is based on the old version revised in 1996 and started implementation in 2016. New standard was increased monitoring PM2. 5,and improved PM10 and NO2concentration limit. This article analyzes the present situation of China ＇s air quality standards. Studying the air environmental standard of WHO,the United States,the European Union etc. Comparing the difference between of main pollutant index,concentration limit and implementation. The results indicated that most of the national air quality monitoring index is still PM2. 5,PM10,SO2,NO2,CO,O3,etc. PM2. 5monitoring technology and evaluation has been attracted more attention in recent years,and the toxic substances and heavy metal pollutants monitoring will be the future development trend.
