In order to do well the work related to provincial environmental protection special funds technical review,a new method were explored through bold attempt in Shanxi province. This method improved the preciseness and reliability of technical review by double check the technical review of small class and the expert group. The objectivity of evaluation results were ensured by quantitative evaluation index. Research and guidance of project leader make sure the true of review content.The method can provide support to effectively carry out the work of provincial environmental protection special funds technical review.
