摘要 本文整理了近几年我国燃煤电厂重金属元素的排放特征实测以及几种重金属元素排放估算量,概述了汞及其他重金属元素的采样分析方法,重点介绍了安大略湿法(OHM)和美国环保署制定的EPA method 29,并分别从大气污染物协同控制及重金属专项控制两个方面对重金属控制方法进行了阐述,得到目前燃煤电厂污控设施均能在降低SO2、NOx、粉尘等常见空气污染物排放的基础上,降低烟气重金属的排放,目前专门控制重金属排放常用的方法是添加固体吸附剂。最后根据我国燃煤电厂烟气重金属排放控制现状并结合国情提出了几点建议,以供有关部门作为参考。 The measurements of emission characteristics and the estimations of emission quantities of heavy metal elements from Chinese coal- fired power plants in recent years are introduced in this paper. The sampling and analysis methods of mercury and other heavy metal elements,focusing on the Ontario Hydro( OHM) and the US Environmental Protection Agency( EPA)method 29,are demonstrated. The heavy metal control methods including atmospheric pollutants synergetic control technologies and heavy metal special control technologies are also presented in this work. It shows that the current pollution control facilities in coal- fired power plants can reduce not only the emissions of common pollutants,such as SO2,NOx and dust,but also heavy metal elements,and that the current special control method of heavy metal emissions is to add solid adsorbent. Finally,several recommendations,based on the current emission control situations of heavy metals in the flue gas from coal- fired power plants in our country,are made to the relevant policy- making departments in this paper.
