通州生态文明建设存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Civilization Construction in Tongzhou District

归纳了南通市通州区生态文明建设基本概况,剖析了其生态文明建设考核指标体系体制未建立、产业结构优化升级压力大、自然资源要素制约明显、环境污染形势严峻等主要问题,提出了建立和完善生态文明建设考核机制、优化调整产业结构布局、提升区域环境承载力、宣传培育生态文化理念等措施推动通州生态文明建设的建议。

The basic situation of ecological civilization construction in Tongzhou District of Nantong City was summarized in this paper. Major issues of unestablished assessment index system of ecological civilization construction, great pressure of optimization and upgrading industrial structure, obvious natural resource constraints and serious environmental pollution situation were analyzed. Some countermeasures and suggestions,such as establish and improve the assessment mechanism of ecological civilization construction,optimize and adjust the industrial structure and layout,improve regional environmental carrying capacity, and propagandize and cultivate ecological culture concept were proposed to improve and promote the construction of ecological civilization in Tongzhou district in the end.
