摘要 U型螺旋增压扩散器采用精密铸造工艺,铸件结构复杂,壁厚差较大,制壳、清壳工艺性较差。对工艺进行了改进:首先前3遍制壳浆用耐火度较高的锆砂锆粉控制浆液粘度制壳,然后用镁粉镁粒水玻璃组成的耐火材料泥先后封堵水道两端,在环状密闭流道中晃动灌装堆积角较小的锆砂后制壳,解决了U型螺旋增压扩散器的制壳、清壳问题。 The precision casting process was adopted to U type screw pressure diffuser, due to the casting structure is complex, the wall thickness difference is big, the shell preparation and the clear shell technology are poor. The technology was improved: first 3 times before the mold shell have been manufacturing by the zirconium sand, zirconium powder with high degree of refractory and the control of slurry viscosity to complete, then the channel has been blocked at both ends of the diffuser by refractory mud composed of magnesium powder, magnesium powder and water glass. In the annular confined flow channel, the filling angle of the large zirconium sand is filled in the mold shell by shaking, the shell preparation and clean shell of U type spiral diffuser has been solved.
