摘要
针对废铝原料中Si、Fe等夹杂元素含量高的问题,开展了熔剂法去除废铝熔体中si元素的工艺试验。熔剂组成为CaCl2、MnCl2和活性炭(质量比2:1:1),采用喷粉方式加入1%~1.5%熔剂,并维持30min的条件下,除硅率可达10%以上。
Abstract: The experiments of Si element-removing from waste Al melting was developed by fluxing technology due to the problem of high content of Si, Fe and other inclusion elements in Al slag materials. The fluxing-agents includes CaCl2, MnCl2 and activated charcoal (mass ratio was 2:1:1), and the fluxing-agents was added into the melting about 1%-1.5% by means of powder injection, and maintained 30 min, the ratio of Si element-removing above 10% was achieved.
