摘要 离心复合高速钢轧辊在棒线材轧机使用过程中,出现掉块、辊颈断裂等缺陷。通过对上述缺陷的研究及对离心复合高速钢轧辊铸造工艺的不断优化与实践,大幅度减少了轧辊使用过程中出现缺陷的概率,并且部分缺陷得到了完全解决。在提高企业效益的同时,也赢得了客户对产品质量的认可。 Abstract: The defects such as off-block, roll neck fracture etc. appears during the use of the centrifugal composite high-speed steel roll in bar and wire rod mill. Through the study of these defects and the continuous optimization and practice process of compound centrifugal casting high speed steel roll, the roll defects probability in the use process is greatly reduced, and some defects have been eliminated completely. The benefit of enterprises has been improved and simultaneously quality recognition of the customers for the products is obtained.
