Technology Imports, Indigenous Innovation and Technical Efficiency——An System Dynamics Analysis Based on Technical capability and Technical efficiency

技术引进、自主创新和技术改造是技术效率提升的重要影响因素,这些要素的功能效应释放与企业能力之间存在着复杂关系。文章构建了企业技术效率与能力的系统动力学模型,并以辽宁省为例进行了实证分析。研究发现:1988—2009年,技术引进和自主创新对技术效率的影响存在滞后现象。短期内,技术引进和自主创新存在替代关系。长期看,技术引进对技术效率有正向影响,自主创新对技术效率有负向影响,技术引进与自主创新存在互补关系。

Technology imports and indigenous innovation are important factors for technical efficiency improvement, and there are complex relationships between the functional effect release of the elements and enterprise ability. This paper constructs a system dynamic model on technical efficiency and capacity to further analyze the relationship between technology imports, indigenous innovation and technical efficiency which has been verified from the empirical analysis on Liaoning Province. The empirical results indicate that indigenous innovation and technology imports have negative effect on technical efficiency from 1988 to 2009. In the short term, there are substitution relations between indigenous innovation and technology imports. In the long run, technology imports have a positive impact on the technical efficiency, and indigenous innovation has a negative impact on technical efficiency. There are complementary relations between indigenous innovation and technology imports.
