理想信念是共产党人的命脉、灵魂和精神支柱,是共产党人的力量源泉,是我们党带领人民从胜利走向胜利的根本保证。在新形势下,由于各种因素的影响,高校一些党员干部的理想信念出现了问题,有的甚至走上了违法犯罪的道路。因此,加强理想信念教育,构建高校党员干部理想信念教育的常态化机制,使党员干部坚守共产党人的命脉和灵魂,成为高校的一项极为重要的任务。

Ideal and belief is the lifeline, soul, spiritual pillar and the source of strength of the communist, also the fundamental guarantee of our party to lead people from victory to victory. In the new situation, because of the influence of various factors, the ideals and beliefs of several party members and cadres in colleges have a problem, some of them even took to the road of crime. Therefore, strengthening the education of ideal and belief, constructing the mechanism of ideal and belief educational normal of college party members and cadres, making them stick to the lifeline and soul of communist, become an extremely important task of colleges.
