摘要
综合阐述钢铁流程系统能耗模型的发展,能耗计算与影响因素分析以及节能技术的研究进展,基于钢铁流程基本的物质流、能量流网络模型,提出"解析-集成-协同"的能耗分析思路。同时,指出热力学分析方法与优化目标在流程节能方面的关键性作用,以及在余能余热回收与利用方面的主要应用,并基于此从节能技术发展的角度对减少流程能耗进行了深入探讨。
Progress in modelling,calculation,influential factors analysis and application of energy-saving technologies of energy consumption analyses for iron and steel production process are reviewed.Based on the fundamental material and energy flow network model,the energy consumption analysis method of ' analysis-integration-synergy' is proposed.Moreover,it's pointed out that the methodology of thermodynamic analysis and optimization provides key opportunities for the energy-saving,recovery and utilization of residual energy and heat for iron and steel production process.Based on the methodology,an indepth discussion on energy conservation for iron and steel production processes is conducted from the perspectives of the developments of energy-saving technologies.
