摘要
醋酸综合症是危害醋酸纤维素酯电影胶片安全保存的主要病害现象之一,表现为电影胶片酸度升高,释放酸性气体,表面析出白色晶体、胶片扭曲变形、乳剂层液化脱落等,其中电影胶片在发生醋酸综合症过程中胶片表面析出大量的白色晶体附着于胶片表面,严重影响电影胶片记载的图像清晰度与胶片记载声音的正确解读。本文利用红外、核磁、质谱等分析表征方法对电影胶片发生醋酸综合症之后析出的白色晶体进行了分析表征,同时与磷酸三苯酯进行了比对,确定了醋酸纤维酯电影胶片发生醋酸综合症之后析出的白色晶体主要成分为胶片片基材料的增塑剂磷酸三苯酯。
Acetic acid syndrome is one of the major diseases to endanger the safety of cellulose acetate film, which causes the cine-film showing higher acidity, the release of acid gases, white crystal precipitation in the surface, twisting, emulsion layer's liquefaction and falling off, etc. When the acetic acid syndrome occurs, a large amount of white crystals precipitates in the surface and attach to the cine-film's surface, which seriously influences the clarity of images and the correct interpretation of the audio recorded in the cine-film. This paper utilized some analysis characterization methods to analyze and characterize these precipitated white crystals on the surface of the cine-film, for example IR, 1HNMR, MS and so on, by comparing with triphenyl phosphate we make sure that these crystal's composition is triphenyl phosphate, which is the plasticizer of the film's based materials.
