涪陵焦石坝页岩气水平井高效钻井集成技术 被引量:9

摘要 针对涪陵页岩气勘探开发商业化需求,在涪陵地区地质特点和钻井难点总结分析的基础,通过前期钻井提速降本技术分析评价,优选清水+PDC钻头复合钻井技术、低密度钻井技术、复杂井眼轨迹降摩减阻技术、个性化定向PDC钻头以及井眼剖面优化设计与井眼轨迹控制等技术,形成了适合于涪陵页岩气特点的水平井高效钻井集成技术系列。钻井集成技术体系现场应用表明,通过技术优选、优化与集成,显著提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,为涪陵页岩气田钻井提速降本提供了强有力技术支持。 For the commercial need of shale gas exploration and development in Fuling area,based on the analysis of the geological characteristics and drilling difficulties,an efficient integration technology of horizontal well was formed by optimizing water + PDC bit combine drilling technology,low density drilling fluid technology,reducing friction and drag technology of complex wellbore trajectory,individual directional PDC bits as well as wellbore profile optimization design and well trajectory control technology.The application results in Fuling area showed that the integration drilling technology could improve obviously ROP and shorten drilling cycle,and provide a technical support for increasing ROP and reducing the Fuling shale gas drilling cost.
