摘要
2009年以来,随着蜀南地区页岩气和致密气的开发,储层分段改造技术取得长足的进展。长宁、威远页岩气分段压裂改造技术从最初的速钻桥塞+喷砂射孔分段压裂技术发展到后来的免钻磨大通径桥塞分段压裂技术,缩短了施工周期,还实现了关键装备(速钻桥塞)的国产化。在安岳气田和老区块部署的水平井,引入的裸眼封隔器分段改造技术,从最初的加压座封封隔器发展到遇油膨胀封隔器,再到后期的可捞球座、可开关滑套裸眼封隔器,解决了后期生产过程中修井和生产测井的问题。针对安岳大斜度井储层改造,试验了TAP阀分段压裂技术、复合桥塞分层+"Hi WAY"压裂技术,取得成功,为今后蜀南地区页岩气和致密气藏的开发提供了技术储备。可回收压裂液技术,实现了压裂液的循环利用,达到了节能减排的目的,是未来压裂液技术的发展方向。
Since 2009,with the development of shale gas and tight gas reservoir,staged fracturing techniques have been optimized.In Weiyuan,Changning shale gas reservoir,the staged fracturing techniques were developed from fast- drilling bridge plug + hydraulic jet perforation staged fracturing technique to grind- free big drift diameter bridge plug technique,the fracturing period was shortened.Open hole packer staged fracturing technique was brought into Anyue gas field,it was developed from the pressure setting to oil- swelling setting and later evolved salvageable ball seat technique.This technique could fulfill the need of the well workover and logging in the later production process.According to the big deviation well fracturing in Anyue area,TAP valve staged fracturing technique and composite plug segregation + HiWAY fracturing technique were tested and obtained success.Recyclable fracturing fluid technology made the fracturing fluid recycling to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,so it is the development trend of the fracturing fluid technology.
