固肾安胎丸治疗子宫内膜薄性不孕症疗效的临床研究

Clinical Study of Gushen Antai Pill to Treat the Sterility Caused by Thin Endometrium

目的:探讨固肾安胎丸对子宫内膜薄性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:83例子宫内膜薄性不孕患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,2组均于月经第10天给予口服戊酸雌二醇2 mg/d,试验组于月经第5天加服固肾安胎丸,观察成熟卵泡日子宫内膜厚度和分型。结果:2组患者用药后子宫内膜厚度均较服药前增加,试验组内膜增厚更优于对照组。结论:固肾安胎丸联合戊酸雌二醇可有效改善子宫内膜薄性不孕患者的子宫内膜厚度,且效果优于单用戊酸雌二醇。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gushen Antai Pill on the sterility caused by thin endometrium. Methods： 83 sterility patients with thin endometrium were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group. All the patients of both two groups were treated with estradiol valerate （2mg per day） from the tenth day of menstruation, and patients of experimental group were added Gushen Antai Pill from the fifth day of menstruation. The endometrial thickness and type were observed when the diameter of the largest follicle is greater than 18mm. Result： After three months＇ treatment, the thickness of endometriun were significantly increased in both two groups. The changes of endometrial thickness was significantly different between two groups. Conclusion： The endometrial thickness in sterility patients caused by thin endometrium can be effectively improved by the combination of Gushen Antai Pill and estradiol valerate, which is better than estradiol valerate only.
