摘要
研究热熔锦纶粘扣带,设计粘扣带的组织结构,在温度为120℃的热辊上对粘扣带热熔5 min,经过测试,粘扣带的剪切强度和剥离强度都达到国家标准的要求。在纬纱中加入热熔丝,粘扣带的剪切强度和剥离强度增大。纬纱中加入热熔丝时,随着经纱中加入热熔丝的增加,粘扣带的钩挂率、剪切强度和剥离强度减小;纬纱中无热熔丝时,随着经纱中加入热熔丝的增加,粘扣带的钩挂率、剪切强度和剥离强度减小。
The nylon velcro products with thermofuse, heated for 5 rain by the heated roller at the temperature of 120℃, were studied and the structure of nylon velcro was designed accordingly. The tests show that the longitudinal shear and peel strength of melt nylon velcro can satisfy the use requirements of National Standard. Adding thermofuse in weft only, both longitudinal shear and peel strength of the velcro increase. When adding thermofuse in weft, hook rate, shear strength and peel strength decrease with the increase of the number of thermofuse in warp. When no thermofuse in velcro weft, velcro hook rate, shear strength and peel strength decrease with the increase of the number of thermofuse in warp.
