在国家政策发生重大调整、市场环境发生较大变化的情形下,对单位发展前景作出审慎分析与预测并拿出应对之策,至关重要。通过分析湖南省林勘院生产经营面临的新常态,提出了坚持底线思维与坚定信心相结合、全员经营与专业营销相结合、高位推动与典型示范相结合、传统营销与现代营销相结合等"八个相结合"的对策建议。

The state policy and market environment have undergone signifi cant changes.In this case,it is essential and urgent to make careful analysis and forecasting of the development prospects of the unit business and come up with coun-termeasures.This paper analyzes the production and operation of Hunan Institute Survey faces during the period of ‘new normal’.It is also proposed the ‘Eight Combinations’countermeasures,such as combination of the bottom line of think-ing and firm confidence,combination of full management and professional marketing,combination of high promotion and typical demonstration,combination of traditional marketing with modern marketing,and etc.
