摘要
针对目前泰州市新一代天气雷达资料上传监控的现状,开发了雷达资料传输监控系统平台。本系统基于.NET平台,采用Microsoft Visual C#语言编程,利用定时器实时采集和处理,实现雷达资料传输故障信息手机短信报警和多媒体设备声音报警功能。通过此系统可全面实时监控雷达资料上传状态,实现台站无人值守,提高值班人员的工作效率,并有效提高了雷达的业务可用性和资料上传及时率。
Aiming at the current status of monitoring data upload for new generation weather radar in Taizhou, a platform of the radar data transmission monitoring system is set up and developed. Based on the . NET platform, using Microsoft Visual C # programming language and according to real-time collecting and processing by the timer, the system implements the function of SMS alarm and multimedia equipment voice alarm for fault information. The status of uploading radar data can be fully real-time monitored through this system, which can realize a unattended station so as to reduce the burden of the watch keepers＇ workload, effectively improve the business availability of radar and the timely rate of data upload.
