宜春气象综合观测业务质控预警系统设计与开发

Design and research on integrated meteorological observation business for data quality control and warning

随着综合气象观测技术的发展,宜春国家基准站近年也增加了许多观测项目,从加强各种探测设备和气象实时数据的监控、数据传输率的保障目的出发,设计开发了宜春气象综合观测业务质控预警系统。系统基于Microsoft Visual C++6.0软件开发,并结合了MFC下的面向对象的相关功能,实现了对综合观测项目的数据监控、实时传输和自动站数据对比质控预警等功能。通过半年多的试运行,该系统具有运行稳定、界面友好、满足实际业务需要等特点。

With the development of the integrated meteorological observation technology, the observation projects are also increased in Yichun weather station in recent years. The system of integrated meteorological observation business for data quality control and warning has been designed for strengthening the monitor of various observation equipments and real-time meteorological data as well as ensuring the transferring rate. Based on Microsoft Visual C ＋＋ 6.0 and combined with object- oriented related functions under MFC,the functions of monitoring and warning for the data, real-time transferring and AWS data quality control are realized. After more than half a year in business operation,it found that the operation is stable with friendly interface, which meet the needs of the actual business.
