摘要
把握"两型社会"的新常态,借湘潭市户外广告设置专项规划编制契机,从规划理念、原则和编制体系方面,对户外广告专项设置规划进行了研究,遵循"总量控制、分区合理、特色鲜明、美观和谐"的规划理念、规划层次和深度采用"宏观+中观+微观"体系,对专项设置规划进行"面+线+点"的控制,形成了具有湖湘文化特色湘潭市户外广告专项设置规划。
The paper focuses on the new normal of the two-oriented society,the paper researches the specific allocation planning of outdoor adver-tisements from the planning idea,principles and compile system along with the chance for the specific allocation planning for the outdoor adver-tisements in Xiangtan city,adheres to the planning ideas of the total control,reasonable division,outstanding features and harmonious beauty,to the planning hierarchy,adopts the macroscopic+ mid-scale+ microscopic system to have the plane + line + point in the specific allocation planning,and forms the outdoor advertisement specific allocation planning featured with Xiangtan culture.
