摘要
应用PDCA循环程序就钢筋熔态气压焊的接头合格率问题展开了讨论,找到了影响接头合格率的主要原因,并利用钢筋头脑风暴法找出了末端因素,最终确定了要因,最后对确定的要因进行了进一步探讨,以制定出合理的解决对策,从而提高施工的质量。
The paper discusses the adoption of PDCA circulation program for the ioint acceptable rates of the reinforced molten state gas pressure welding,finds the main reasons which affect the ioint acceptable rates,adopts the reinforcement brainstorming method to find the end factors, identifies the key reasons,and explores the ascertained factors,so as to make out reasonable solutions and improve the construction quality.
