摘要
通过对某县广通路实际工程项目施工全过程进行剖析,简单分析了在目前激烈的市场竞争下人工成本大幅提高的环境中有效控制施工成本的方法,并查找了造成成本偏差的主要原因,提出了道路工程项目施工中成本控制应采取的措施建议。
Through analyzing whole actual engineering proiect construction process,the paper briefly analyzes methods of effectively control con-struction cost under competed market competition with labor cost increasing,seeks for maior cost errors causes,and puts forward cost control measures and suggestions in road engineering proiect.
