摘要
拌饭是日常生活中常见的一种食物,在韩国任何地方都很容易吃到。所以,无论是在家还是在餐馆都颇受欢迎。在韩国,随着城市的发展,外卖行业也正式发展起来。特别是在全州地区,各个餐馆的拌饭为了与市面上的拌饭区分,拌饭的材料、做法和容器都个性化。而1960~1970年是全州拌饭发展的关键时期,在这个过程中全州拌饭与全州的地区形象相结合,确保它的历史性和传统性地位,与此同时也保有地域的整体性。
Bibimbap, a common food in daily life, is easily accessible in any part of Korea. It is very popular both at home and restaurants. With uurban development in Korea, take-away food industry witnesses formal development. Particularly in Jeonju area, all restaurants strive for high grade ingredients, processing procedures and utensils for bibimbap in order to make it different from those in the market. Bibimbap is a very common food nationwide with its bithplace commonly known as Jeonju in Korea. The combination of Jeonju bibimbap with Jeonju image ensure of its historical and traditional position and geographical globality as well.
