摘要
韩国人经常食用的肉类是牛肉、猪肉和鸡肉,其中最喜欢牛肉。韩国政府曾努力引导民众改变饮食习惯,以提高猪肉和鸡肉的食用量,促成烤五花肉和烤鸡肉在韩国曾风靡一时。但即使这样,韩国民众依然钟爱牛肉,特别是深受日本饮食文化影响的韩式烤肉和烤排骨。韩国烤肉和蒸牛排成为韩国接待外国贵宾访问或是举行国际活动的代表性食物。
The Koreans' commonly-consumed meats include beef, pork and chicken. Beef is their favorite. The Korean government has once strived to guide its citizens to change their eating habits in an effort to increase the Consumption of pork and chicken, which contributed to popularity of roasted pork belly and roasted chicken in Korea for a time. However, the Koreans remain fascinated with beef, particularly Korean barbecue and roasted pork ribs, which is greatly affected by Japanese catering culture. Korean barbecue and steamed beef steaks become representative foods for reception of visiting foreign guests or international activities.
