The coonstruction of calculation model for vocational colleges＇ students average nurturing cost at providing evidence to formulation of open, scientific and reasonable charging standards. Efforts need made to realize reasonable sharing education cost among government, colleges and students, implement aims to be optimized configuration of education resources, improve education quality, enhance school-running benefits and better promote the healthy development of higher vocational education.
