以现代企业文化塑造学生的“企业人”职业素质

On Shaping Students' Entrepreneur Vocational Quality through Modern Corporate Culture

现代企业不仅对人才的职业能力和动手能力有明确要求,而且对人才的职业素质也有实质性要求。作为中国远洋运输(集团)总公司辖属的唯一一所高职院校,青岛远洋船员职业学院始终保持着与所属企业的密切合作关系,并通过校企合作的平台资源,把"中远"企业文化融入人才培养的全过程,让学生在校期间就接受现代企业文化的熏陶,具备"企业人"所应有的素质。一是建立健全职业文化育人机制,二是着力构建职业文化育人体系,三是着力夯实职业文化育人平台。

Modern enterprises not only make explicit demands for talents＇ vocational capability and operating ability, but also make substantive requirements for their vocational quality. Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College, the only one vocational college subordinate to China Ocean Shipping （Group） Company, has always maintained a close cooperation with the enterprise it is subordinate to, and incorporated corporate culture of China Ocean Shipping （Group） Company into the whole process of talent training, exposing students to edification of modern corporate culture during their academic years so that they are equipped with all the qualifications as an entrepreneur. Accordingly, efforts should be made firstly on coonstruction of vocational culture education mechanism, secondly on development of vocational culture cultivation system, and lastly on consolidation of cor- porate culture education platforms.
