采用自主开发的模拟裂解装置,进行了含甲醇的石脑油的蒸汽裂解研究;在不同甲醇含量和工艺条件(停留时间、出口温度、水与石脑油的质量比)下,考察了甲醇对石脑油蒸汽裂解产物分布的影响。实验结果表明,当石脑油中甲醇的含量低于3.06×10-4(w)时,甲醇对石脑油裂解产物的分布、CO和CO2的生成无明显的影响。石脑油中含有的甲醇在裂解反应中有可能未完全反应;未反应甲醇的含量随裂解温度的升高而降低,但残余甲醇的含量与裂解深度无明显的相关性;未反应的甲醇主要存在于工艺污水中,不会进入到后续分离系统中。
The effects of methanol on the pyrolysis of naphtha were studied in a bench-scale pyrolysis unit. Under the different conditions of methanol content, bulk residence time, coil outlet temperature and mass ratio of steam to oil, the effect of methanol on the product distribution in the naphtha pyrolysis was investigated. The results showed that methanol in naphtha didn't affect the yields of both CO and CO2 and the distribution of the pyrolysis products when the methanol content was lower than 3.06 × 10^-4(W). Methanol in naphtha might not be exhausted and un-reacted methanol decreased with the coil outlet temperature rise, but there was not apparent correlation between the unreacted methanol content and the pyrolysis severity. The un-reacted methanol was just in the process water and would not enter the subsequent separation system.
