摘要
漯河某医院废水具有水量水质变化大,氮磷含量较高,且排放无规律的特点,采用"特殊废水预处理+巴登福(Bardenpho)同步脱氮除磷二级强化处理工艺+二氧化氯消毒处理"组合工艺处理该废水取得了较好的效果.处理工程规模1000m3/d,进水水质平均浓度为COD 83.3mg/L、BOD528.6mg/L、SS 67mg/L,处理后的出水平均浓度为COD 17.9mg/L、BOD54.89mg/L、SS 9mg/L,平均去除率分别为78.5%、82.9%、86.6%,出水水质达到《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》GB18466-2005中的预处理标准.
Wastewater of a hospital in Luohe has features of big changes in water quantity and quality, high con- tents of nitrogen and phosphorus and irregular emissions. A comprehensive project of the wastewater treatment u- sing the combination treatment process of special pre-treatment of wastewater, bardenpho secondary nitrogen and phosphorus removal treatment process and chlorine dioxide disinfection can achieve good results. The size of treat- ment project is 1000m3/ d, with average concentration of influent quality COD 83.3mg / L, BOD5 28.6rag / L, SS 67mg / L, and average concentration of effluent quality COD17.9mg / L, BOD5 4.89mg / L, SS 9mg / L. The aver- age removal rates are 78.5%, 82.9% and 86.6% respectively. It proves that this treatment process has good effects, covers less areas, maintains easily, operates stable, and the effluent quality can reach the pre-treatment standards in table 2 of discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization (GB18466 -2005).
