河南省中小学体育教师职后教育现状分析

Analyzing the present situation of post-career education for Henan P.E.teachers in primary and secondary school

为了充分了解河南省中小学体育教师的职后教育基本情况及职后教育需求,本研究以河南省中小学体育教师职后教育现状为研究对象,通过分层整群随机抽样方法,对河南省中小学体育教师职后教育现状进行问卷调查,使用SPSS17.0对调查结果进行统计学分析.通过研究河南省中小学体育教师职后教育的现状、实际需求及影响因素,实现河南省中小学体育教师职后培训与教师实际需求的一致性,注重体育教学的科学性,旨在提高中小学学生体质,同时减少运动伤害事故的发生.

In order to fully understand the basic situation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers＇ post-career education and post-career education demand in Henan province, this study sets the P. E. teachers in primary and secondary schools in Henan province as the research object, through stratified cluster random sampling method to survey the present situation of P. E. teachers＇ post-career education in primary and secondary school. The statistics from the questionnaire are analyzed through SPSS17.0. Analyzing the basic situ- ation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers＇ post-career education in Henan province, the actual demand and the influence factors of the implementation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers＇ post-career education in Henan province and teachers＇ actual demand consistency, the scientific na- ture of the physical education teaching is emphasized to improve primary and secondary school students constitu- tion, at the same time reduce the occurrence of sports injury accident.
