摘要
利用灰色理论对渣浆泵叶轮出口直径D2、出口宽度b2、叶片出口安放角β2、叶片数Z和进口直径D1等几何参数7组数据、10种组合的灰色关联度进行了分析,通过大量计算,得到了这10种组合的关联度及灰关联矩阵。计算结果表明,在10种组合中,β2与Z组合的灰关联度最大,说明叶片出口角β2与叶片数Z具有较强的关联性,D1与β2组合的灰关联度最小,表明进口直径D1与叶片出口角β2关联性最弱,其余8种组合介于他们之间。
The grey theory is adopted to analyze the grey relational degree of seven groups of data and ten sorts of combination of geometrical parameters, such as the impeller outlet diameter Dz, outlet width b2, vane angle β2,vane number Z and inlet diameter Da in the pump. The grey relational degree and grey relational matrix of those sorts are obtained after a lot of calculation. The calculating results show that the grey relational degree between β2 and Z is the largest of those sorts, it is said that β2 bears strong relation to Z, one between D1 and β2 is the smallest, it is said that D1 bears weak relation to β2, the other eight sorts are between them successively.
