实行变电站集中监控运行模式后,河北南部电网全部线路开关已实现常态化遥控操作,刀闸遥控操作也进入试点研究阶段。为了确保遥控操作的安全可靠,做到深入分析、超前预控和科学防范,本文对遥控操作进行了全面的危险点分析,从技术支撑、流程执行、制度完善等方面梳理了危险点,提出了预控措施,对遥控操作的应用和发展提供了参考依据。

After applying the centralized monitoring operation mode in the substations, all the line switches have achieved normal remote operation in the south power network of Hebei Province. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of remote operation, deep analysis, control in advance and scientific prevention, the paper analyzes the dangerous points of remote control. It hackles the dangerous points from such aspects as the technical support, process implementation, and rule perfection, then puts forward the preventive measures, which provides the reference for the application and development of remote control.
