高温胁迫对皱纹盘鲍幼鲍免疫因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为培育抗逆性强的皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai Ino),选取经过选育的皱纹盘鲍进行试验,评价其对高温的耐受性。试验共设置4个温度梯度,其中自然水温组(22℃)A为对照组,其他3组高于最适温度,分别为B组25℃、C组28℃以及D组31℃。研究不同温度组幼鲍体内几种免疫因子(AKP,ACP,SOD,LZM等)的变化情况,最终结果显示所选皱纹盘鲍幼鲍体内SOD,LZM,ACP活性有随温度的升高而升高的变化趋势,而AKP的活性在31℃组有轻微下降。总体结果表明,在试验控制的温度范围内该种鲍可以通过自身免疫因子的变化来抵抗高温带来的伤害。 To study the stress tolerance of Haliotis discus hannai Ino under high temperature.Four groups of abalone were set up for experiment.One was set at optimum temperature as control(22 ℃)and three were set at higher temperature of 25,28 and 31℃respectively.Some immune factors shch as AKP,ACP,SOD and LZM were investigated during the course of experiments.Results showed that when the temperature was above the optimum,the vitality of SOD,LZM and ACP were increased,but AKP showed a slight decrease when the temperature rose to 31 ℃.The overall results suggested that the abalone could resist higher temperature through regulation of one's own immune factors under temperature stress.
