摘要
目前,在铁路工程施工中,普遍采用的施工总价承包合同。按照《铁路施工合同示范文本》,结合施工铁路施工现场的特殊性,从施工单位的角度,从铁路工程造价管理的现状出发,论述在总价承包的合同管理模式下铁路工程的造价管理。
The cost management of the railway construction project under the EPC mode is discussed from the perspective of the construction companies with the combination of the Sample Railway Construction Contract, different construction site conditions and the status quo of the cost management of the railway construction project.
