摘要
以某新农村建设旧城改造安置房建设工程基础施工为工程背景,对软弱地基条件下基坑围护方案进行讨论,分析初步方案施工出现土体位移和断桩、偏桩等问题的原因,并提出综合处理措施,包括基坑围护方案优化、土方开挖及工程桩防护等措施,取得成功。结论对今后同类地质环境基础设计及施工具有参考价值。
Based on the basic construction of resettlement housing project of reconstruction of the old city in a new rural construction, the foundation pit supporting scheme under the condition of weak foundation is discussed, and the reasons of the soil displacement and the broken pile and the partial pile are analyzed. The comprehensive measures including foundation pit supporting scheme optimization, earth excavation and engineering pile protection measures are put forward and successfully implemented. The conclusions in this paper can provide references for the design and construction of the basics under the same kind of geological environment.
