摘要
医院建设项目管理工作是整个医院管理中的一个重要组成部分,也是一个有机的系统,它是为医院的各项医疗工作和服务提高基本的保障。实施有我国公立医院特色的精细化管理,对于新医改时期的公立医院建设具有很强的现实意义。本文从四个方面(预算、对标、分析、考核)建立了基于精细化管理的医院建设项目管理模式,要求逐步建立科学的组织架构,完善管理制度,规范业务流程,并严格依靠规则和流程推进各项建设项目的可持续发展,从而取得社会和经济效益的同步提高。
Hospital construction project management is an important part for the entire hospital management, but also an organic system, it is essential to improve protection for the medical practice and hospital services. There are charac- teristics of public hospitals to implement refined management, the new health care reform during the construction of public hospitals has a strong practical significance. This paper summarizes the connotation of fine management, estab- lish a hospital construction project management model based on meticulous management from four aspects (budget, benchmarking, analysis, evaluation), and calls for a gradual establishment of a scientific organizational structure, improve the management system, standardize business processes, and strictly rely on rules and processes to promote sustainable development of the construction project, to obtain social and economic benefits to improve synchronization.
