摘要
本文结合北京小汤山医院2012-2014年体检服务工作情况,从强化内部控制机制和对外做好健康服务两个方面,阐述了经营管理策略在创建健康服务品牌中的运用,内容涉及文化建设、卓越执行力、媒体宣传、团检结果汇总分析、维护客户关系、疾病分层预警、重要阳性结果及时通知、个性化健康疗养等环节,经营管理在医院品牌建设与发展壮大过程中有着重要意义。
Combined with medical service work situation of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital from 2012 to 2014, from two aspects of strengthening the internal control mechanism and health service, this paper expounds the application of management strategy in the creation of health service brand. Content involves culture construction, excellent executive power, media publicity, result of the group summary analysis, maintenance of customer relationship, disease stratification warning, important positive result in a timely manner, personalized health and so on. This explains the importance of management in the process of brand building and development of hospital.
