The financing of agriculture value chain is an innovation model, which is aimed at the problem of ＂ agriculture, rural ar- eas and farmers＂ and the problem of high cost, high risk in rural economy development of our country rural financial. This paper mainly through the value chain theory extending the concept of agricultural value chain financing and analyzing the internal financing and exter- nal financing of agricultural value chain. At last by discussing the interactive relationship between them, and supplemented by case to ex- plain how the agricultural value chain of internal and external financing is influence each other.
