猪O型口蹄疫、猪瘟、高致病性猪蓝耳病疫苗3种疫苗不同组合同时分点免疫与单苗单独注射免疫副反应情况比较

Side Reactions Comparison of Different Points Immune Simultaneously and Single Vaccine Injection of Immune Alone on Type O FMD, HC and Highly Pathogenic PRRS in Pigs

为掌握猪O型口蹄疫、猪瘟、高致病性猪蓝耳病疫苗3种疫苗不同组合同时分点免疫副反应情况,对贵州省凯里、天柱、镇远、榕江、黄平5个县(市),10个规模养猪场的2 116头首次免疫的猪进行了调查。结果显示,两种疫苗组合同时分点免疫注射并不增加生猪的免疫副反应率和死亡率,且省时省力,是值得推广的安全接种方式。

In order to grasp the side reactions of different points immune at the same time of type O foot-and-mouth disease （FMD）, hog cholera and highly pathogenic PRRS in the pigs, 2 116 pigs from 10 scale pig farms in Kaili, Tianzhu, Zhenyuan, Rongjiang, Huang Ping 5 counties （cities） of Guizhou which were primary immunized were investi- gated. The results showed that a combi- nation of two vaccines immunization in different points at the same time didn＇t increase the rate of immune side reac- tions and mortality in pigs, and the method saving time and effort, is a worth promoting safe inoculation method.
