引起排卵功能障碍性不孕症中医五态人格及不良情绪的相关因素分析

Correlation factors analysis of five-type personalities in traditional Chi-nese medicine causing ovulatory dysfunction infertility and unhealthy mood

目的初步分析引起排卵功能障碍性不孕症的中医五态人格及不良情绪的相关影响因素。方法确诊为排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者200例(研究组),同时在我院选择正常已育妇女作为对照组。采用五态人格量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及一般资料问卷进行调查。结果排卵功能障碍性不孕症中少阴型中医人格(50.0%)明显高于对照组(22.0%)(P<0.01);太阴型、少阴型中医人格的患者更容易出现高焦虑、高抑郁(P<0.01);年龄越大、病程越长的患者易出现焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,且家庭关系是否和谐也影响患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生。结论少阴型中医人格易患排卵功能障碍性不孕症;不良情绪与偏阴态的中医人格、年龄及病程的长短、性生活满意度、家庭关系有一定的相关性。

Objective To preliminarily analyze the related factors between five-type personalities in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） causing ovulatory dysfunction infertility and unhealthy mood. Methods Two hundred patients definitely diagnosed as ovulatory dysfunction infertility were selected as study group,At the same time,the normal fertile women in our hospital were chosen as control group.Five-patttern personality inventory,self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）,self-rating depression scale （SDS）,and questionnaire on general information were investigated. Results Proportion of lesser yin per- sonality in TCM in the ovulatory dysfunction infertility was 50.0b/v,much higher than that in control group （22.0%） （P〈 0.01）.Patients with greater yin and lesser yin personalities in TCM were more prone to present with high anxiety and high depression （P〈0.01）.Patients getting older and suffering from a longer course of treatment were easier to occur with anxiety and depression,which were also related with whether the family relations were harmonious or not. Conclusion People with a lesser yin personality in TCM are easy to get ovulatory dysfunction infertility.The poor emotions have cer- tain relations with yin-type personalities in TCM,age,length of course of disease,sexual satisfaction,and family relations.
