盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏在慢性牙周炎治疗中的临床效果。方法收集2013年3月~2015年2月于我科门诊就诊30例慢性牙周炎患者,每人4颗牙共120颗患牙,分为治疗组和对照组,每组60颗患牙,治疗组用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,对照组用碘甘油治疗,连续应用4周。比较两组治疗1、4周后牙龈指数(GI)、探诊出血(BOP)比例、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)及临床疗效。结果治疗组1、4周GI、BOP比例、PD与相同时间对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组1、4周AL与相同时间对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效确切,可有效降低GI、BOP比例、PD,提高临床疗效,作用明显优于碘甘油,可在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods From March 2013 to February 2015,30 patients (4 teech from each person)with chronic peri- odontitis visited our outpatient clinic were selected.There were 120 involved teeth which were evenly divided into treat- ment group and control group.In the treatment group,minocycline hydrochloride ointment was provided,while in the con- trol group,iodine glycerin was applied.The courses of treatment lasted 4 weeks.The gingival index(GI),bleeding on prob- ing(BOP) ratio^probing depth (PD),attachment loss (AL),elinical efficacy after one and four weeks treatment were com- pared between two groups respectively, Results After one and four weeks,GI,BOP ratio,and PD in treatment group was compared with that in control group at the same time respectively,with statistical differences(P〈0.05).There was no sig- nificant difference in AL between two groups after one week and four weeks treatment (P〉0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was much higher in comparison with that in control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Con- clusion Minocycline hydroehloride ointment is effective on treating chronic periodontitis,whieh can effectively reduce the GI,BOP ratio,and PD,and improve the clinical efficacy.Its effect is superior to that by iodine glycerin,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
