摘要
目的探讨精囊镜下左氧氟沙星注射液灌洗治疗顽固性血精的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月我院收治的40例顽固性血精患者,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各20例。两组均于精囊镜下做全面检查后,对照组给予抗炎对症治疗,试验组给予左氧氟沙星注射液灌洗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、精液高倍镜下的红细胞数量及并发症情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的75%;治疗后,试验组精液中红细胞数量显著少于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组的血精复发、会阴部疼痛、射精痛及出血量等情况均显著优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组无一例发生并发症状,对照组并发症发生率为25%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论精囊镜下左氧氟沙星注射液灌洗治疗顽固性血精的效果安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin injection irrigation under seminal vesicle mirror in the treatment of obstinate hemospermia. Methods 40 patients with obstinate hemospermia in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and evenly divided into experimental group and control group in random,with 20 cases in each group.After full checking under seminal vesicle mirror, the control group was given anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment,the inexperimental group was given levofloxacin injection irrigation.Clinical effect,red blood cells number in seminal fluid and occurrence of complications was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 95% ,which significantly higher than 75% of control group.After treatment,red blood cells number in seminal fluid in experimental group was significantly less than that before treatment and control group, and the difference was statistical significance (P〈0.05).Recurrence of hemospermia,perineal pain,ejaculation pain and amount of bleeding in experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistical significance (P〈0.05).There was no complications occurred in experimental group,the complication incidence rate in control group was 25%,the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is safely and reliable that levofloxacin injec- tion irrigation under seminal vesicle mirror in the treatment of obstinate hemospermia and worth to popularize and ap- plication in clinical.
