柳氮磺吡啶片联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果观察

Effect observation of sulfasalazine tablet combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine retention enema treating ulcerative colitis

目的分析柳氮磺吡啶片联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法收集我院肛肠科2012年3月~2013年7月诊治的溃疡性结肠炎患者75例作为研究对象,以随机数字表分组的方式分为试验组（40例）与对照组（35例）,对照组患者单纯采用柳氮磺吡啶片治疗,试验组采用柳氮磺吡啶片联合中药保留灌肠治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及1年复发率。结果试验组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组为77.14%,试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在治疗过程中,两组均未出现明显不良反应。随访1年,试验组的复发率为2.50%,对照组为17.14%,试验组的复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论柳氮磺吡啶片联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果较好,且不良反应发生率和复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efffect of sulfasalazine tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treating ulcerative colitis. Methods 75 cases with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in depart- ment of anus-intestine of our hospital from March 2012 to July 2013 treated in anorectal department were selected as research objects,and they were divided into test group （40 cases） and control group （35 cases） using the method of ran- dom number table.Control group was treated with sulfasalazine tablet while test group was treated with sulfasalazine tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.Treatment effect,the incidence rate of adverse reac- tion and a-year recurrence rate between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of test group was 95.00%,and control group was 77.14%,and the total effective rate of test group was obviously higher than that of control group,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.During treatment,the two groups were no obvious ad- verse reaction.Patients were followed-up for one year,the recurrence rate of test group was 2.50%,and control group was 17.14%,the recurrence rate of test group was obviously lower than that of control group,and there was a statistical dif- ference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sulfasalazine tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treating ulcerative colitis has better clinical effect, and low adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
