中西医结合护理干预对社区老年慢性病患者的影响

Influence of nursing intervention in integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly patients with chronic diseases in community

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预对社区老年人慢性病患者的影响。方法于2014年3~12月对本社区内152名老年人（设为观察组）的健康护理要求进行问卷调查,并结合文献研究、咨询相关知情人士后制订社区老年慢性病中西医结合护理方案。另选择2013年1~12月收治的152例老年慢性病患者作为对照组,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组的生活质量指数和抑郁程度显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）,对慢性病相关知识的知晓率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理总满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合护理干预对于老年病诱发的抑郁症具有一定的积极作用,对于提升老年人的生活质量具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention in integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly patients with chronic diseases in community. Methods From March to December in 2014,health- care requirements from 152 elder patients in the community （as observation group） were investigated by questionnaire. Together with literature reviewing and consultation from relevant persons knowing the details,regimen of community nursing in integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly patients with chronic diseases was drafted. Another,152 elderly patients with chronic diseases treated by conventional nursing from January to December in 2013 were chosen as control group.The nursing effect in two groups was observed. Results The index of quality of life and degree of depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The awareness rate of related knowledge of chronic diseases was much higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine evokes a positive role in depression induced by aged dis- eases,and plays very important significance on improving the quality of life in elder.
