两种阴道填塞方法在女性盆腔CT检查前准备中的应用效果对比

Application effect comparison of two vaginal packing in preparation for female pelvic cavity before CT examination

目的 探讨两种阴道填塞方法 在女性盆腔CT检查前准备的效果。方法 随机选取2015年1~5月在我院进行盆腔CT检查前实施阴道填塞的已婚女性患者共400例作为本次的研究对象,根据患者入院检查时间将其分成观察组（n=200）和对照组（n=200）,观察组患者实施自动膨胀碘伏棉球的填塞方法,对照组患者实施传统纱布卷的阴道填塞方法,对比两组患者的疼痛度、CT显示质量以及患者的满意率。结果 对照组患者疼痛度高达83.5%,明显高于观察组患者疼痛度（13.0%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ~2=14.3612,P=0.0000）;观察组患者成像清晰者118例,成像比较清晰者57例,成像不清者25例,成像的清晰率为87.5%,明显高于对照组（70.5%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ~2=17.420,P=0.0000）;观察组患者中满意率高达94.5%（189例）,明显高于对照组（141例,70.5%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ~2=6.2129,P=-0.0000）。结论 在女性盆腔CT检查前实施自动膨胀碘伏棉球的填塞,可降低患者疼痛度,提高显示质量以及确诊率,同时使患者满意率提高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of two vaginal packing methods in preparation for female pelvic cavity before CT examination. Methods From January to May 2015,400 married women applied with vaginal packing in pelvic cavity before CT examination in our hospital were randomly selected as research objects.According to time of examination in our hospital,they were divided into observation group （n=200） and control group （n=200）.In the observation group,spontaneous expansion of iodine cotton ball was applied,while in the control group,conventional gauze roll as a vaginal packing was adopted.Pain degree,display quality of CT, and satisfaction were comparatively analyzed in both groups.Results Pain degree in the control group reached 83.5%,much higher than that in the observation group ac- counting for 13.0% with a statistical difference （~2=14.3612,P=0.0000）.The number of super clear image,more clear im- age,and unclear image were 118,57,25 cases,and clearance rate of images was 87.5%,greatly higher than that in the control group （70.5%） （X2=87.5%,P=0.0000）.The satisfaction in the observation group reached 94.5% （189 cases）,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 70.5%（141 cases）,which displayed a statistical difference （~2= 6.2129,P=0.0000）. Conclusion Application of spontaneous expansion of iodine cotton ball as a packing in female pelvic cavity before CT examination can decrease patients＇ pain degree,improve display quality and accurate diagnosis rate as well as increase satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and expansion in clinic.
