同型半胱氨酸、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体检测在急性脑梗死中的应用价值

Applicable value of detecting Hcy,Fib and DD in acute cerebral infarction

目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、纤维蛋白原（Fib）、D-二聚体（DD）检测在急性脑梗死（ACI）中的应用价值。方法 选取2012年9月~2013年12月我院神经内科住院的56例急性脑梗死患者（ACI组）为研究对象,同期健康体检者45例为对照组,分别检测两组的Hcy、Fib、DD,并进行统计学分析。结果 ACI组的Hcy、Fib、DD水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,Fib、DD与Hcy呈正相关（r=0.515,0.623,P〈0.05）。结论 检测Hcy、Fib、DD对ACI的诊断和治疗有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore applicable value of detecting homosteine （Hcy）,fibriogen（Fib）,D-dimer （DD） in patients with acute cerebral infraction （ACI）. Methods From Septpmber 2012 to December 2013,56 patients with ACI （ACI group） were selected as research objects,45 eases given health examination were selected as control group.Hey,Fib and DD were detected in two groups to conduct statistical analysis. Results The level of Hcy, Fib and DD in ACI group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）,Fib and DD were positive correlation to Hcy （r=0.515,0.623,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There were certain applicable value to detect Hey,Fib and D-D for the diagnose and treatment of ACI.
