针对性护理对慢性胃溃疡患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Influence of Specific Nursing on Quality of Life and Psychological State of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的:研究针对性护理对于慢性胃溃疡患者心理状态以及生活质量的影响。方法:2013年1月-2014年9月,选择本院慢性胃溃疡患者42例,按随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组,每组各21例。观察组患者实施针对性护理,对照组实施常规心理护理。对比两组患者护理前后的心理状态以及生活质量。结果:两组经过护理之后,各种心理问题得以缓解,观察组患者情况更加明显。观察组优71.43%,优良率95.24%,均显著高于对照组的23.81%、61.90%。两组患者在接受护理之后,观察组各方面职能评分均高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理对于慢性胃溃疡患者的临床效果远远优于常规护理效果,能促进患者的病情恢复,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective： To study the targeted nursing for the psychological state of patients with chronic gastric ulcer and affect the quality of life. Method： From January 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital admission for treatment of 42 patients with chronic gastric ulcer. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases in each group. The observation group accepted targeted nursing, the control group received the routine psychological nursing, to compare psychological status and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing. Result： 42 patients with psychological questionnaire survey result showed that, after nursing, all kinds of psychological problems could be alleviated, but the patients in the observation group became more pronounced. The results of the observation group was significantly better, its advantages and patients accounted for 71.43%, the excellent and good rate was as high as 95.24%, which was higher than 23.81%, 61.90% of the control group. After nursing, the observation group all aspects of functional scores were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The clinical effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer is far superior to conventional nursing effect, can promote the recovery of patients, improve the patient＇s quality of life.
