Ren Bishi and the Establishment of CPC Central Soviet Area Bureau

从1931年4月,任弼时作为中央代表团的主要负责人来到中央苏区到1933年4月到湘赣苏区担任省委书记,在这两年工作的过程中,任弼时为苏区中央局的筹建付出了巨大的努力,使中央局和各苏区的工作逐步走向正规化,同时通过广泛的联系群众、深入的调查研究,任弼时在土地改革和反"围剿"作战的过程中,认识到了毛泽东、朱德的建议是合理的,并支持了他们的正确意见。任弼时还参与筹备组织苏区党代大会和中华苏维埃"一大",为大会指导选举代表、组织起草文件,付出了大量心血,被代表们称为"布尔什维克组织家"。

From April 1931 to April 1933, during his two-year work in Central Soviet Area, Ren Bishi took great efforts in the establishment of the CPC Central Soviet Area Bureau and normalizing the works of the Bureau and the soviet areas. After extensive investigations and interviews of mass people, Ren Bishi acknowledged and supported Mao Zedong and Zhu De＇s correct suggestions in Land Reform and ＂ Anti-besieging＂ campaigns. Ren Bishi participated enthusiastically in the preparation of CPC Soviet Area Conference and the first Congress of Soviet Republic of China, for which he was called ＂Bolshevik organizer＂ by the representatives.
