京津冀文化产业协调发展对策探析

Countermeasures for Coordinated Development of Cultural Industry among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

国家在"十二五"规划中提出了推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的发展战略。京津冀三地文化底蕴深厚,随着一体化发展战略的规划与实施,三地有着发展文化产业的雄厚基础和巨大的合作潜力。但是目前三地文化产业的发展各成体系,未能形成区域合作发展实现共赢的合力。只有以协调发展文化产业为着眼点,汇集三地力量,才能为区域社会经济发展提供深厚持久动力和智力保障,从而提高京津冀地区的整体竞争力,真正形成经济圈。

The strategy of promoting the cultural industry to be a pillar industry of national economy is put forward in the 12th five-year plan in our country. With the planning and implementation of integrated development strategy, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei enjoy solid foundation for culture industry development and great potential for cooperation, which is contributed by their cultural heritage in these three places. But at present cooperation between these three areas to achieve a win-win situation is not formed due to their inde- pendent system of culture industry respectively. A lasting power and intellectual protection for regional socio- economic development will not be formed until we focus on coordinative development of cultural industry and bring forces together from the three areas, so as to form a real circle with the improvement of the overall competitiveness in these three areas.
