高等教育国际化影响因素研究——基于津冀高校经验证据的路径分析

The Influencing Factors on Internationalization of Higher Education:Empirical Evidence from Universities in Tianjin and Hebei Regions

全球化经济浪潮使高等教育国际化成为必然。伴随着规模日趋壮大,如何科学管理高等院校国际化进程也成为学者研究焦点之一。基于津冀高校问卷调查得来的经验数据并采用路径分析模型探索高等教育国际化的影响因素,研究发现:政府因素与高等教育国际化之间存在直接正向相关关系;不同地区高校在政府因素实施过程中存在明显的差异;策略因素的充分实施、组织因素的国际接轨和效益因素的激励衡量都对推动高等教育国际化具有显著正向影响。因此,高校、政府、机构以及管理者之间需要协调合作,充分发挥各个方面的最大潜力,为高等教育国际化的发展开拓更广阔的空间和领地。

Economic globalization makes the internationalization of higher education become inevitable. The development of internationalization of higher education is increasingly enlarging, which is in urgent need of new areas for research. Based on survey data of Universities＇ internationalization within Tianjin and Hebei regions, this paper focuses on indepth study of the influencing factors on the internationalization of higher education with the path analysis model, . It is found that correlation exists between government factor and the internationalization of higher education at the same direction. Obviously, there are significant differences in the implementation process on government factor between different regions. Full implementation of the strategic factors, international standards of organizational factor and incentive measure of effective factors promote a positive development in the internationalization of higher education. Therefore, in order to strengthen the internationalization of higher education, universities, governments, institutions and managers need to coordinate, and give full play to the maximum potential in the various aspects of the development in internationalization of higher education. Eventually, it suggests developing a broader space and territory to achieve a more desirable internationalization of higher education.
