摘要
人力资源战略性规划缺乏,选拔与用人机制以"人情"为本,员工对组织的认同感较低,均是企业人力资源管理实践中存在的问题。《管子》一书在思想上集众家之所长,富含精到的用人艺术。其中《立政》篇的用人之道体现在:坚持德位相符、功禄相当、能职相称,行仁、让贤、公正与恪职的人才标准;提倡人才举荐中不越级,人才赏罚时依法令;推崇人才配置中各司其职、分工明确。现代企业人力资源管理可以借鉴这些用人之道:重视人力资源的战略规划;营造公开公正的组织环境;造就德才兼备的企业高管;创建依法用人的长效机制;关注企业培训的对象分层。
Lack of strategic planning and guanxi-based human resources management, and employees' low sense of identity to the organization exist in enterprise human resources management. The book of Guanzi, derives its thought from the essence of each school and contains delicate art of human resources management. It adheres that morality should rank with position, awards should match performance, etc.. Modern enterprise human resources management can refer to the book and make considerable improvement in the field.
