高水材料沿空留巷技术在云驾岭12303工作面中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 沿空留巷开采技术对合理开发煤炭资源,提高煤炭回收率,改善巷道维护状态,减少巷道掘进量具有重要意义,该技术也有利于矿井安全生产和提高矿井经济效益。邯矿集团云驾岭煤矿从资源回收考虑,在12303工作面运输巷采用高水材料沿空留巷技术。通过观测,留巷两帮的位移量平均<35 mm,顶底板位移量平均<400 mm,巷道掘进量减少35%,煤炭回收率提高了10个百分点,应用效果良好。 Gob-side Entry Retailing technology is important for reasonable exploitation of coal resources, improving the coal recovery rate, improving the state of roadway maintenance, and reducing the drivage measuring tool. The technology is also beneficial to mine safety production and improvement of mine economic benefit. Yunjialing Coal Mine of Handan Mining Group adopted high-water material gob-side entry retailing technology in transport roadway of 12303working face for recycling.Through observation, the average displacement of two sides of gob-side entry retailing is the less than 35 ram, the average displacement of roof and floor is less than 400 mm, the roadway drivage amount decreases by 35%, the coal recovery rate increases by 10%. The technology has good application effect.
